Application and Competition
We invite applications from graduating high school seniors who are members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
The Disciples Leadership Program offers 1 to 2 scholarships per year. Fellows are selected through an application process that culminates in one of two scholarship competitions scheduled for November 2025. Depending on their location, students may compete on-campus or virtually. Based on their performance in the scholarship competition, as well as their high school GPA, application statement, and resume, finalists will be invited to interview via Zoom with the fellowship selection committee in late November. Fellowship offers will be made in early December.
Eligible students who compete for the DLP scholarship are automatically qualified for the Reagan Leadership Scholarship Competition at Eureka College, which is held at the same time as the competition for the DLP.
