Summer and Fall of 2026
Consider applying for the Disciples Leadership Program
Review our website, check out Eureka College through a virtual or campus tour, and get in touch with the DLP Director at dlp@eureka.edu with any questions you have.
Late Fall 2026
Submit Your Application and Inquiry Form
Start your application to be a Disciples Fellow by completing this form. Doing so will jointly submit your application to both the Disciples Leadership Program and to Eureka College. Completed applications will require the attachment of your current unofficial high school transcripts. The application is available here.

Join us for an Arts and Humanities Open House
If you are interested in majoring, minoring, or otherwise studying Art, Communication and Media Studies, Creative Writing, Digital Media and Design/Graphic Design, English, Music, or Philosophy and Religion, we invite you to join us for an Arts and Humanities open house. Faculty and students from the programs listed above will be available to meet with applicants and their families. Likewise, the art gallery, art studio spaces, music rehearsal and performance spaces, and the radio and television stations will be open for tours. Games and other activities will be planned. Join us for a Sciences and Mathematics Open House
If you are interested in majoring, minoring, or otherwise studying Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies, Kinesiology, Nursing, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Physician Assistant, Pre-Physical Therapy, or Pre-Veterinary Science, we invite you to join us for a Science and Mathematics open house. Faculty and students from the programs listed above will be available to meet with applicants and their families. Likewise, the lab spaces will be open for tours. Late December 2026
Submit Your RSVP for the Scholarship Competition
After being admitted to Eureka College, students eligible for the Disciples Leadership Program will receive an invitation to RSVP for the competition in February. This invitation will arrive by email from the DLP Director, Dr. Joe Cunningham. Completion of this short form will secure your competition spot.
Late December 2026
Complete and Submit Your Faith and Leadership Statement
After RSVPing for the scholarship competition, the DLP Director will send you a short prompt inviting you to reflect on your leadership experience and faith journey. Submission of this statement will be required prior to your competition.
February 13, 2027
Scholarship Competition
Our competition for applicants this year will be held on the campus of Eureka College on February 13, 2027. For more on eligibility, click here.
Late February 2027
Selection of Finalists
Following the competition, the DLP and RLP Directors, alongside other members of the Eureka College administration, will evaluate students’ interviews, leadership statements, and other materials.
Late February 2027
Final Round Interviews
We will schedule phone or zoom interviews with all selected finalists in late February. Applicants not selected as finalists will be notified of their updated application standing at this time.
Early March 2027
Selection of Fellows
Following final round interviews, the DLP and RLP Directors, alongside other members of the Eureka College administration, will select 1 or 2 applicants to join the Disciples Leadership Program as DLP Fellows beginning in Fall 2027
Early March 2027
Notification of Selection
We will notify all selected students of their appointment as Disciples Fellows. Notification will be made via telephone. We will also call students selected as alternates. Finalists not selected for fellowships will be notified of their updated application standing at this time.
Late March 2027
Acceptance of Fellowship Offer
All students selected as Disciples Fellows will receive formal offer letters via email and mail. We request that you inform us of your decision to accept the offer by the end of March 2027.
August 2027
Join the Disciples Leadership Program
Our new Disciples Fellows will join us for orientation and the start of the new academic year in August.
