DLP Application Process
DLP Fellowships are awarded based on the following application process.
Submit an Application
You can apply to both Eureka College and the Disciples Leadership Program jointly by completing this application. Applicants must have earned a 3.0 cumulative GPA at the time of application (on a 4.00 scale). Applicants will be asked to upload an unofficial copy of their high school transcripts. Applicants who are high school seniors planning to enroll in the Fall 2027 semester are automatically registered for the Reagan Leadership Scholarship Competition, which is held simultaneously with the DLP Scholarship competition.
RSVP for a Scholarship Competition
After your application to Eureka College is received and processed, you will receive an invitation to RSVP for one of two Disciples Leadership Program scholarship competitions. This invitation will be sent via email. To learn more about these competitions and to determine which competition applies to your county and state of residence, please click here. After determining your competition eligibility (virtual or on-campus) you may continue your application by submitting your RSVP. This form will secure your place in your chosen competition.
Compete Virtually or On Campus
The application process will culminate in your participation in the scholarship competition. The competition will include panel interviews with faculty and current DLP fellows, a group leadership exercise, and opportunities for community building. Students will be asked to submit a leadership and faith reflection (in writing or via another medium) in advance of the competition. Final Round Interview
The selection committee will select a group of finalists based on applicants’ competition interviews and exercises, leadership and faith reflection, and high school experiences. Finalists will be invited to interview virtually with the selection committee. Fellowship offers will be made following final round interviews.
