Begin Your Application to the Disciples Leadership Program
Start your application to be a Disciples Leadership Fellow by completing this form. Doing so will jointly submit your application to both the DLP and Eureka College. Eligible students who compete for the DLP scholarship are automatically qualified for the Reagan Leadership Scholarship Competition at Eureka College, which is held at the same time as the competition for the DLP. Information on the Reagan Leadership Program Scholarship at Eureka College can be found here.
Completed applications for the DLP will require the attachment of your current unofficial high school transcripts. Start your application to be a Disciples Leadership Fellow by completing your application to Eureka College. Doing so will jointly submit your application to both the DLP and/or Reagan Leadership Program and to the college. When completing the application, be sure to identify your religious affiliation as Disciples of Christ (DOC) when prompted.
