About Us
Who We Are
The Disciples Leadership Program seeks to train the next generation of Disciples leaders for their chosen vocation. The DLP is affiliated with Eureka College, a small liberal arts college in central Illinois. We award selected students a four-year full-tuition scholarship and equip them for service and leadership through training, coursework, space for faithful reflection, and opportunities to travel and serve throughout the world.
Where We’re From
The Disciples Leadership Program includes 5 student fellows, including our incoming cohort for Fall 2025. Our fellows come from Illinois, Arizona, North Carolina, and Texas. We also partner with Eureka College’s Reagan Leadership Program, which includes 19 additional student fellows from around the country. The map below shows the geographic breadth of our programs. Disciples of Christ Leadership Program fellows are marked in gold, Reagan Leadership Program Fellows are marked in maroon, faculty directors are marked in blue, and Eureka College is marked in gray.
